Hagstar is the brand of Hagger Ltd - the holding company for the life and works of Matt Hagger. Matt, since age 20, has held the position of founder and CEO of E-Man Venture Labs for 20+ years, while pursuing a number of his own entrepreneurial adventures in technology and music.
Matt's work in launching and establishing one of the
world’s most successful venture labs for pre-seed start ups,
also founded
Zkatter, the very first mobile first video and photo
sharing platform, in San Francisco.

With an insatiable appetite for life, the world, people, places and things, Matt is now focusing on his passion and purpose as joint founder and CEO of TaleTree with a friend of 15 years who worked at Samsung and supported the development of Zkatter inside Samsungs ecosystem.
TaleTree's mission is to help children develop their kindness and creativity through an innovative new web 3 experience that stems from a project, Matt was working on during the pandemic to help humanity become more aware of their feelings and be open with them which he has joined forces at TaleTree as a partner.

Matt is president of E-Man Asset Management Ltd, the holding company for E-Man’s venture labs, based in London, California and Sofia.
As president of E-Man Asset Management, Matt helps to steer the crop of equity owned portfolio companies that E-Man’s group of venture labs have successfully incubated and co-founded.
Hagger Ltd is the UK company, owned by Matt, designed to protect and nurture his investments while allowing him to freely express his creativity, ideas, heart and soul outside of the boundaries of E-Man and the companies he has co-founded to date inside the incubator.
